It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement, please provide the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.

Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, along with reasonably sufficient information to locate the material on Funbust.

Contact information for the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.

A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Filing a Counter-Notification

If your material has been removed (or access to it disabled) due to a DMCA takedown notice, and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.

Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., the U.S. District Court for the District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Funbust may terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, access to the site for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
